what we say and what we don't
astrology is interpretation, not certainty. nothing here is a guarantee of any outcome, and nothing here replaces medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. you stay in charge of your own decisions.
the reading
"your love pattern reading" is a personal digital reading, delivered as a pdf to the email address you give us. we aim to deliver it within 48 hours of your order. to prepare it we need your birth date, birth time (if you know it), birth place and email. payment is processed by buy me a coffee under its own terms.
refunds
if you ask for a refund before your reading has been delivered, we refund you in full. once a reading has been delivered, it is a finished digital product and is not refundable, except where the law says otherwise or where we failed to deliver what you ordered. write to hello@askodelle.com.
your data
how we handle your data is described in our privacy policy, and you can ask us to delete it on the data deletion page.
