you can ask us to delete your data at any time. there are two ways to do it.
option 1: email
write to hello@askodelle.com with the subject "delete my data". tell us the instagram username you used, or the email address you used when you bought a reading, so we can find your records.
option 2: instagram
send a direct message to @askodelle with the word delete. we will match the request to your instagram user id.
what happens next
- we confirm that we received your request.
- we delete the data linked to you: instagram comment text, user id and username, and any purchase details such as your email address and birth information.
- we process every request within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
what we keep anyway
payment records are held by buy me a coffee under its own policy, and we may keep the minimum information the law requires. you can also remove your comments and messages yourself in instagram at any time.
